It has been a minute since I've shared any news on our website. In one month, we'll celebrate our 13th anniversary. Honestly, I never thought we'd be here. It's been a joy to share our baked goods with you all at pop-ups throughout the city.
This year we have set up at Byron Blatty and Angeleno Wines, both are local vitners focusing on local groups. This summer we joined So Cal Veg Vibes at a few of their weekly pop-ups at Syncopated Brewery on Mondays and Big Bites on Fridays. There we launched our FritosLocos with our soy based Al Pastor. We also made a new vegan empanada with Jackfruit. I call it the Chile con Jackie, our version of Chile con Carne. Now you can find a few of our products at Temple Grounds, a new coffee house in Echo Park/Historic Filipino Town.
After a full month of baking Pan de Muerto, I'm looking forward to creating new bakes, which includes vegan cupcake conchas and vegan versions of our Alfajores and our Dulce de Leche cookies (aka Liquid Gold).
I'll open up orders on our site on November 29 in time for holiday orders. In the meantime, if you're in Los Angeles use this link to order.
For the Rosca de Reyes orders open on December 15 and pick up is on January 3, 2025 in Los Angeles.
